Cancellation Policy
⚠️ Read Before You Book The Perfection Session (2nd Appointment) is a required part of the permanent makeup process and is included with your original procedure fee. Permanent makeup is a two-appointment process. The initial procedure creates the foundation, while the Perfection Session allows the artist to evaluate healing, pigment retention, color, shape, and symmetry. A permanent makeup procedure is not considered complete until the Perfection Session has been performed or formally declined by the client. Your artist will provide a personalized appointment window following your initial procedure. This appointment is typically performed between 30 and 50 days after the initial appointment, depending on age, skin condition, lifestyle, and individual healing characteristics. To remain eligible for the included Perfection Session, the appointment must be completed within the recommended timeframe provided by your artist. Appointments scheduled beyond the recommended date will incur an additional fee of $25 for every 7-day period past the recommended appointment date. If a confirmed Perfection Session is rescheduled beyond the recommended timeframe, the same $25 fee will apply for each additional 7-day period of delay. Clients who do not complete their Perfection Session within six (6) months of the initial procedure will no longer qualify for the included Perfection Session. Any appointment requested after six (6) months will be classified as a Color Boost service and charged according to the current Color Boost pricing. Appointment requests are subject to studio availability and are not considered confirmed until approved by Orchids Permanent Makeup Studio.
